Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed within 2–6 hours. WC77's withdrawal processing operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays.

WC77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms below as well as any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In case of any conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General bonus rules applicable to all WC77 promotions:

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.

• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours of the request).
• Player-requested self-exclusion under WC77's responsible gaming framework.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have not been logged into for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant and subject to a monthly account maintenance fee of Rs 200, deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero. On account closure, any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) is returned to the player via the original payment method, provided the account passed identity verification. Balances below Rs 100 may be donated to WC77's responsible gaming fund with player consent.

WC77 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When amendments are made:
